    1) Email or Call us Prior to the Return to Request an RA Number. Return Instructions Will be Sent by Email.

  • Returned Packages Received Without Prior Authorization or if the RA # is Not On the Return Package, as Instructed, Will be Returned to Sender.

  • Items Must be Received to us Within (30) Days of Receipt (No Exceptions) and Returned In the Original Item Jewelry Box. All Items Must be in the Original Condition - Unaltered, Not Worn, Damaged or Modified in Any Way.

  • Any Item that is Received Back to us in an Altered or Damaged Condition or Lost in Transit, will not Qualify for an Exchange, Store Credit or Refund.
