If you are trying to Order an Item that has different Pricing Options (For Items that Have Different Prices for Size Only
If you See an Item with a Plus Sign and Number Next to the Size, that amount will be Added to the price Listed when you checkout.
If There is Nothing Listed Next to the Size it Will be The Listed Price.

Return and Exchange Policy
1) Email or Call us Prior to the Return to Request an RA Number. Return Instructions Will be Sent by Email.
Returned Packages Received Without Prior Authorization or if the RA # is Not On the Return Package, as Instructed, Will be Returned to Sender.
Items Must be Received to us Within (30) Days of Receipt (No Exceptions) and Returned In the Original Item Jewelry Box. All Items Must be in the Original Condition - Unaltered, Not Worn, Damaged or Modified in Any Way.
Any Item that is Received Back to us in an Altered or Damaged Condition or Lost in Transit, will not Qualify for an Exchange, Store Credit or Refund.
Buyer Will be Responsible for the Cost to Ship the Return Item (s) Back to the Company. In the Event a Second Exchange is Needed, Normal Shipping Charges Will Apply.
There Will be a $2.00 Re-Shipping Charge for Ring Exchanges for Size, Which are the Result of the Buyer Ordering the Wrong Size.
Certain Customized Items Will Not be Returnable - You Will be Notified of Any Return Exceptions. Your Authorization that You Understand these Terms Will be Requested Prior to your Order Being Processed or Your Credit Card Being Billed.
RETURN OPTIONS
Exchange - You may Exchange for an Item of Equal Value from our Website. Any Order that Requires a Second Exchange Will be Subject to Normal Shipping Charges.
Store Credit - Store Credits Will be Provided Once Your Return is Received & Will be Issued for the Full Amount of the Item(s) Returned (Less Shipping Charges). Store Credits will be Valid for (90) Ninety Days from Date of Issue.
Returns for Refunds Only
Refunds Only - You May get a Refund for the Cost of the Item(s) Returned Less Shipping Charges, Gift Wrapping and a 7% Re-Stocking Fee or a Maximum of $3.00 Whichever is Less. This Fee is for non-recoverable costs for refunds.
This Fee is Not Charged on Defective Items as Determined by the Company Upon Inspection at Time of Return.
Refunds and Exchanges are Normally Processed Within (5) Five Business Days.

Item Descriptions, Gemstones & Item Weights
Most of our Jewelry contains Genuine Gemstones, unless otherwise stated. Please understand that most semi-precious Gemstones are normally enhanced or reconstituted unless they state that they are Natural. Many times Cabochons are waxed or coated to improve the evenness of color or stability. Most Semi-Precious stones have been enhanced in some way. There is normal shading variations from stone to stone.
We try to be as accurate as possible in our item descriptions. At times there may be slight variations in the style of an item. Please be aware that an item may have the same style, but there may be a slight variation, from piece to piece, in the weight of the Gold or Silver.
We will not be held liable for a slight variation in the weight as stated in the description. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may return the item.

We will provide all pertinent information to the necessary authorities and will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law if you attempt to Defraud us with a Stolen or Invalid Credit Card, Fraudulent Money Order, False Billing Information, Etc.

Most pricing issues will be adjusted on the site prior to your purchase. If for Any reason, there should be an error in pricing, we will notify you by e-mail or telephone regarding the change. At that time you will have the option to cancel your order or agree to the correct pricing. In these instances, we will require your written or e-mailed approval regarding the price change, prior to processing your order.
Product Availability
We try to keep our inventory as accurate as possible, but should an item be out of stock you will be notified in a timely manner, and be given the option to cancel or wait for a shipment of the item to arrive. If the item can be re-ordered an approximate time frame regarding the delivery time will be sent to you for your approval.
